Station & Bottle information:  CESL (CalCOFI Electronic Sample Log) CSV Filesave
Bottle Data: DECODR's data salinity, oxygen, nutrient, chlorophyll, & prodo data processing modules
CTD data: DECODR's [CTD to CSV] module, using 4sec Seasoft Bottle Summary .BTL data initially; final data from [CTD to CSV] using BtlvsCTD (bottle-corrected) CTD .CSV data.
Data Codes are added during data processing, point-checking and examination. They are used to build the final Data Reports, IEH & database files from the best data collected.
