0604 SCIMS Notes

There was both .cor and .met data available.  The difference was:
COR = 4/1 00:00 to 4/18 23:59 51832 lines 30 sec data
MET = 4/3 22:29 to 4/18 18:04 84480 lines 15 sec data

They both overlap nicely, decsion was made to use the lower resolution 30 sec .cor data.

COR data:

GPS seemed to have worked and date and time complete, BUT pump wasnt on until 04-05-06 17:27 so missed 93.3.

Pump drops really low on occasion (for seconds), but no apparent affect on data, points left in.

SCS reports two temperatures, they are about .05 offset, consistently, so they were averaged for a single temp.

There were about 18 bad salinity points (1-27 PSU), could be critter related, it was descided to leave them in.

Fluorometry voltage and chlorophyll concentration regression unusable.
