Summary:
CalCOFI 2604SH will sail on NOAA FSV Bell M. Shimada on 31 March 2026 from 10th Avenue Marine Terminal, San Diego. 116 science stations are scheduled to be occupied. CTD casts and various net tows will be completed at each science station. Underway science will be conducted while under transit, including visual observations of avifauna and marine mammals, continuous pCO2/pH, and meteorological measurements. The cruise will end on 24 April 2026 in San Francisco.Â
