Summary:
CalCOFI 2504SH will sail on NOAA FSV Bell M. Shimada on 20 Mar 2025 from 10th Avenue Marine Terminal, San Diego. 116 science stations are scheduled to be occupied. CTD casts and various net tows will be completed at each science station. Underway science will be conducted while under transit, including visual observations of avifauna and marine mammals, continuous pCO2/pH, and meteorological measurements. The vessel will be in port 03 – 07 Apr 2025 in San Diego. The cruise will end in San Francisco on 21 Apr 2025. Note: All dates are subject to change.
